The 122-year old event organized by the Tamil Nadu government is held at the Ooty Botanical Garden every year in the month of May. The two weeklong festival has many exhibitions, right from the vibrant flower show to the attention-grabbing fruit show and the exciting Boat Show to the amazing Hot Spices & Vegetables Show!

Nilgiri Mountain Railway (NMR)

The hugely famous ‘Chaiya Chaiya’ song from Dil Se movie amongst others has been shot here.
